What is freestyle training?

If you have a local used book store look for the book called :Lower Body Solutions by Laura Dayton. I just got it at my local book store. I also just recently purchased through paypal Freestyle Training by George Snyder. I currently have added 4 sets of 50 alternating lunges to my track/bleacher workout every morning. I have decided to not use any weights because I have enough bodyweight to work against as it is. I am noticing a great difference in my legs.HTH:)

Mckmain- I have been resting 30 - 45 seconds between each set. Thanks for all your advide.:)
 
That is great you got the books Heather...:)...you really don't have to use any weights. You are welcome and I never mind helping...:)...Carole
 
This thread came at a great time. I was going to ask where to purchase the book. Heather, where did you purchase Freestyle Training by George Snyder. I've checked Amazon and they say it is out-of-print. I want to try this style of training after DD gets here. With all the great results everyone has been achieving for months/years, I hope this will whip my lower body into shape. Thanks!
