What is better for fatloss?Heavy weights or more cardio?

I keep hearing that heavy weights is the way to lean down but then I hear cardio is the answer, throw Freestyle trainging in the mix now you have one confused chica!!!! Aside from clean diet which is the best?THank you all :)
 
It really all depends on where you are now and what your goals are. If you provide more specifics, someone on the forum will probably be able to assist.

A combination of cardio and weights. I'd suggest doing full body weight workouts for a while, as heavy as you can go, alternating weight days with cardio. And make one of those cardios during the week an interval workout (like one of the Imax workouts).
 
I agree combo weights and cardio. And echoing the suggestion for interval training for cardio. I actually only do interval cardio 3 times a week.
