didn't see anything for turkish sit-ups did you mean turkish get ups. scroll down there is description underneath the picture. it was also in the latest muscle and fitness issue using a dumbbell.

oh my they were basically the same thing. i wonder why no pages came up when i did a search on sit-ups

It looks like "Turkish sit-ups" are the first part of a "Turkish get-up."
