What is a tubing strap (with handles)?

Excuse my ignorance, but what exactly is a tubing strap (with handles) that will be used in the new DVDs?

Can someone please direct me to a website where I can see a picture of them perhaps??

Thanks
Cathy

Hey Debbie, ? for you!

Somewhere in my attic (a search is in order) I have a box of SPRI tubing that I bought maybe five years ago for traveling and, uh, kinda never got around to using. (I know, that really is ridiculous. But I ordered this stuff for a specific trip but didn't arrive until after we'd left town, and it was a LONG time before we went on such a long trip again! ;-))

Is that similar to the tubing you directed Cathy to?

RE: Hey Debbie, ? for you!

Kathy, you could use the SPRI tubing as a substitute if you tied each end to form a handle. I've used surgical tubing and Thera bands too.

Kathy!

I see Debra answered you already. And, she is right, you can use your Spri tubing. I know some Spri's have handles and they are very inexpensive. You can usually pick up tubing at any sporting goods store or places like TJ Maxx, Marshall's, Walmart, K-Mart and such. Good Luck. I'll answer your E-mail tonight after class. Got my floors sparkling! (for a day at least! :7)
