What is a '1.5'?

I'm doing some 1 RM tests today, starting with Disc 1. There are a couple of exercises that note they are 1.5's. For example, a seated concentration curl, 1.5. What is a 1.5?

Thanks!

It refers to a rep pattern. For example; A 1.5 in a push up would be 1 full rep up and down and then go only halfway down and then return to the starting position. Then just continue to repeat this sequence. Each sequence counts as one rep. The same pattern would be true of any weightlifting exercise that calls for a 1.5 rep pattern.
