what I think I think (kinda long)

So I have just finished my first week of Cathe workouts and I thought I would post a few of my thoughts. Just to be clear I only own 'basic' that also has 'cardio and weights' dvd with it. My 4ds is on it's way as is what will probably be a burned copy of 'timesaver' (please see 'cathe dvds on ebay' thread):) So here's what I think I think:
1) Cathe is awesome (meaning her videos, because obviously I haven't actually met Cathe, though she looks like a perfectly lovely person:))they, the dvds, become quickly addictive, no?
2)I think I think I found my new 'body' to aim for in one of the extras, Rhonda. She is tall like I am and she seems to have the same body type, so I am going to aim to look like her. Is she in any other videos? Does anyone know? To help in my visualization exercises perhaps I will tape a shot of my head over her portion of my tv screen, you know to get the full mental image :7
3)I think I think that so far, and as far as the Cardio dvd goes, my favorite move is the pendulem (SP?). I don't know why, it is fun, but perhaps because it's not that difficult but makes me feel like I know what I am doing for 3 seconds:)
4)I think I think that I have been spending too much time planning an upcoming trip to WDW because to me the back drop in this video looks like the monterail track at disneyworld when you look at it from afar. (Did I mention I am up pretty early to watch these dvds, therefore I am not responsible for any weird thoughts that may pop into my brain:))
5)I think I think that even DOMS can get DOMS :p
Which leads me to ...
6)I think I think I must have not been working out very well this past year to be as sore as I have been this week. I am well aware that this dvd is on the mild side for her, so my final thought...
7)I KNOW I KNOW that I am really glad I got this video first, before 4DS so I can at least prepare myself in part for the craziness that awaits me :)

Overall, I have been like a kid on Christmas morning waking up early because I am so excited to go workout, only to realize it is only 3:45 am so I have to go back to sleep for another little while. Cathe, thank you for sharing your gift and love of fitness with all of us! You make it fun to workout!

I think I think you're well on your way to a Cathe addiction, just like the rest of us. So have a little talk with your credit card and let it know what's coming. It'll be on fire for quite some time to come ;)

YAY! I love Cathe too! Rhonda is on the Pyramid upper/lower body DVD. I have been doing this one 3x a week for the last 4 weeks now and I am already seeing good results. I also know what you mean about DOMS. The first week is the worst, but it gets better. I just upped my weights yesterday and I am feeling a bit sore today.

I'm glad you're liking Cathe!
Rhonda is in several of Cathe's videos (although not any more). The ones I know of are, PUB/PLB, Slow and Heavy, Step Works, Step Blast, ummm...that's all I can think of for now. She was in so many, but I'm having brain farts right now.

Enjoy your new addiction!!! ;) :D :)

Yep, you are hooked my dear!}( Its a really good thing though. Welcome to Cathe!:)
Beware the credit card warning.}(

As others have said, Rhonda is in several of Cathe's workouts, but not since the Body Blast series (I think--or was she in some Hardcore workouts?).

And Rhonda isn't really 'tall'--she's about 5'6". I think she just looks tall compared to the others, who are all around 5' 2".

I always like her form, and the faces she sometimes makes when Cathe says they are going to do 4 more reps, or one more set...

Welcome to the addiction! I only started Cathe in April and it's been amazing how quickly I've snapped up as many of her workouts as I can. I have gotten much stronger and I can handle complex choreography now, when Basic Step was tripping me up when I started. I am still not what I'd consider "advanced" but I love an advanced challenge like Cathe.

I have always wondered how tall Rhonda was?
She usually works out on a higher step.
So I wondered if I should. However I am not 5'6".
