What hurts?

Just thought I'd whine a little...

My back has been killing me lately! It's getting harder to work out every day. I suppose I should get it checked soon since it's getting so bad.

Also, my knees are aching more than usual. Not really painful, just uncomfortable sometimes. I've cut down on running and was considering doing a marathon early next year but I think that may be out of the question especially with the back pain.

Anyway, anyone else injured or hurting? Join me in whining... :p

I went for a brisk walk yesterday with some friends for 90 minutes and my legs ACHED the rest of the day. Plus I got a blister on my heel. x(

Is this the price we pay for getting older?!?

My knees ache. So do my fingers. But all that's just arthritis. Mainly, my "girl bits" hurt because it's TTOM. :p

Thanks for letting me whine. :)

I was doing a stretch at the end of Kick Max and went a bit too far. I could feel it in my lower left back. Then I went dancing the next night and totally aggrevated it. That was 2 weeks ago, and it's only now starting to get back to normal. I was so thrilled that I could hold a plank with no pain today (the ultimate test).

Lets see, my low back hurts a lot (although yoga has pretty much taken care of that pain), my right knee hurts all the time, my right wrist hurts just recently and my left elbow. Geez!!! Is this what I have to look forward too???

My hamstrings and calves from running 6 miles yesterday, which I normally don't do, but it felt great to have some DOMS, it has been awhile.

My knees, as usual. They don't like the extra leg work I've been doing, so I have to ease up on that.x(

My lats and my biceps ache from the added weight and sets I made them lift and do two days ago.

My inner thighs and "thutt" are sore from LL yesterday.

My biceps...I did PUB on Sat. & I haven't done it for awhile & probably used too much weight. I can't straighten out either arm without p-a-i-n!!!

I would kill to have DOMS in my thutt!!

I stupidly jumped from 20 lbs to 40 lbs on dead lifts the other day. I ended up in the chiropractor's office. Fortunately, I'm okay now. My lower back really did not like that jump.
