I've been consistently exercising for the past two years. Its only all of last year that I've lost at least 30 lbs from aerobics, running, and strength training. I'm trying very hard in maintaining a healthy diet and an exercise routine. I've already adopted Bill Philips "Body for life" routine as part of my daily exercise. Don't get me wrong, "Body for life" is great. But the one thing I haven't seen any significant change is my thighs. They keep rubbing against each other when I run or walk. I've done plie squats, hip abductor/adductor, pilates, and other core workouts. You know of any way I can shape, tone, or if god forbids get rid of them. I'm sure this is common to a lot of women.
