What equipment is needed for Xtrain

Please advise what equipment is needed as I don't have a spin bike for the Xtrain dvd's.

Hi Irongirl! We also offer the XTRAIN series without the cycling DVD, so no worries if you don't have a bike.

As far as other equipment, I am trying to design these with minimal equipment but I don't know exactly what you will need yet.
