Stating the facts of water
The human body is 75% water
Water helps to transport nutrients around the body
Water carries waste out of the body
Water helps break down foods
Water keeps the body temperature balanced
Water keeps the skin elastic, the hair shiney and healthy, the eyes clear, the face pores closed and the ear and nose mucus pliable for easy removal (hmmmmm, nice to know that one over breakfast isnt it?)
So apart from the ovious of keeping us full if we are watching our weight, or drinking it because we are merely thirsty,
the way I see it, is if I didnt have my recommended 6-8 classes a day
I would eventually end up a dry, shrivelled, bloated, greasy haired, pimpled face person, with a dirty nose and waxy ears

Known fact: We can live for weeks without food but only a few days without water.
