Well, let us compare:
BB: has KPC & L&G (kickbox and lower)
SJP & SB (Step, circuit, and floor cardio and step)
SS & PP (weight, strength, endurance(?))
Intensity: Im2 & C&W (Interval step and circuit)
BC & ME (Conditioning, circuit, weighted endurance)
PUB & PLB (Strength)
So, if you lose weight better with cardio, then maybe you want BB. But if circuit work does better for ya, then maybe Intensity. However, with the pre-mixes, you can really do either series in a way that will suit your goals. Buy 'em both!
My favorite is the Intensity, but I would not be without SJP, SB or KPC. The others from that series I do use occasionally, but I use all of the Intensities, including Terminator.
