QUESTION #1- After you work out and if you have already eaten dinner what will you eat to fill the hunger gap before bedtime?
Question #2- What should you consume in a day I am trying to eat very healthy and it seems I am not sure about carbs protein fat transfat etc... Is there a site someone could direct me to for healthy eating I have a salad almost daily, Lean cuisine for either lunch or dinner (we grill a lot so mostly lunch and I have Jennie o or Healthy choice lunchmeasts on whole wheat bread. My BIG problem since I quit drinking Coca Cola now I want to eat every sweet I see. Anyone have any tips on satisfying the sweet tooth. Within my family no one exercises or tries any kind of healthy eating so I don't even know where to start I am not a breakfast eater I never have been since high school. I tried Kashi Cereal and it seems to give me a lot of gas is that anyone else's problem. Special K and Oat Bran I use 2% milk. Fruit I have all kinds of fruit cut up in my fridge and I have been trying to reach for a piece or 2 here and there but it just doesn't do it. And all I have drank since Jan 1st is water. I workout every day lost 10lbs now I want to maintain I am starting a rotation that was posted on this site I beleive it was 2004 for lower half pear shaped women I am going to try that for 8 weeks and see if I can lose my bottom it is so flappy. Everything else has come along nicely.
Does anyone keep a food journal does that seem to help if you have to account for everything? Can you recommend a website to print one.
