I recently started adding a protein supplement to my diet in the morning, and after my workouts. I have noticed that I have far less muscle fatigue during workouts, and less soreness post workout
I was wondering what you guys put in your shakes??
I use
2 scoops: Shaklee Instant protein soy mix: 16 grams protein,80 calories, less than 1 carb
1 cup skim milk= 8 grams protein
1/2 Banana
3-4 Frozen Strawberries
1 tablespoon Splenda
I like using the frozen strawberries becuase it makes it like a ice cream shake
