My package didnt come last night. I was very disappointed. I called UPS and not only where they rude to me, but they told me the package was missed at the facility, again. This happens everytime they have a delivery for me. :( I go to look at the tracking this morning and it was scanned in Orlando! I live in Tampa/St. Pete. The package is moving in the opposite direction! Now they are telling me that they dont know what to tell me other than when I get my package I can call Cathe and have the shipping charges refunded. I feel like I am acting like a baby, but this happens everytime. My last order I paid for express shipping because I wanted it right away, but it seems like there is no guarantee with UPS.

I don't know what to say. I can honestly tell you that I have never had a problem with UPS. Now, the USPS is another story!

The only problem I've had with UPS is when a substitute driver couldn't find my house (it's not like it's in the boonies, for gosh sakes!). I had to call and give directions.

I've also had the UPS driver drop off a package for someone else. I didn't even lookk at the address, because I was expecting a coupld of things, and opened it up, then wondered what in the heck was going on. When I looked at the address, it was no where near mine! The driver came back about that time and picked it up.

first tell them THEY have to refund you b/c its not SNM's fault that they cannot deliver your package. SNM did their part and delivered your package. UPS is responsible for this mix up and i would get a supervisor on the phone ASAP and make a big stink b/c this is totally unprofessional b/c they are being rude to you about their mess up and they are being rude in not offering you anything to fix the problem. i really wish SNM would consider two methods of shipping for us, the customer, to choose from b/c i never had a problem with UPS but i know its expensive and things like this happen.

What do I do? the Happy Dance!

.... because I work for FedEx! LOL

(sorry I couldn't resist.) seriously,

I have never had a problem getting any of the Cathe dvd's. I would probably ask for a refund of the shipping from the Customer service at UPS.

UPS frequently doesn't deliver my packages "due to iclement weather", but there was no weather problems at their facility or unroute to my house. I live way out and ALWAYS when a package is scheduled to be delivered on a Friday afternoon, it nevers comes then....driver wants to get home? I always call and complain/explain and get a promise for next business day delivery. It usually comes then. But they have delayed delivery on my DS's med which comes cooler/ice packed - talk about angry!

I have never had delivery problems with FedEx. They even do home delivery on Saturday.

Oh Man!! Do I have stories about UPS!! I never had any issues with them at my old house. After moving to our new home though it has been HORRIBLE, a nightmare to say the least. Even though our house is like 35 years old, they couldn't seem to find it....?? Hmmm yet when you type it in Mapquest, go figure, it comes right up.

I had one situation where I had ordered from Collage and paid for expedited shipping, 2 days; suffice it to say UPS screwed up for 3 days in a row not being able to 'find' my house and then conveniently the driver "broke down" too. I gave like 4 different 'managers' my directions and STILL NOTHING.

Then after being as livid as possible I wanted a refund of the $$. I spoke to a 'supervisor' who was likely 15 years old and had the attitude to match. He kept explaining WHY my package was late; they put it on the wrong truck. I said um so what, that is not my fault. Refund my $$$. They said they could not refund $$ only the vendor (meaning Collage video) could. Well the vendor, Collage video, wouldn't do it either surprisingly. So both of them knew that I paid $15-$20 for expedited shipping and didn't get expedited shipping but DID get a migraine and neither one of them did anything to compensate me for it. (however at least Collage was nice about it)

When you go to UPS>com you will notice there is NO corporate address, no 'customer service' email and no "main" number to call to complain. They don't even have a section anywhere on their site; its as if they assume they cannot screw up, when clearly they do.

After spending literally hours of my time on the phone with various UPS idiots, I gave up. I have never in my life experienced such horrible service ever. Fortunately more companies I notice are starting to use USPS or FedEx.

Hope this helps in saving you time.

I have only had one experience, getting something and was so excited because it was going to be there when I got home. No package, I was so upset. I did however get a customer service person on the phone the next day, he was nice, and said unfortunately the package was put on the wrong truck and I had to wait for it to go to FL and back to MI, which was about another 7-10 days. It was frustrating because I was looking forward to working out on my new toy only to have to wait another week.

Oh my - we had a terrible experience with UPS. We shipped a satellite dish through them that someone bought from us on ebay. We packed it REALLY well with lots of padding and we purchased the insurance on it (DH has shipped lots of fragile stuff and has never had this happen). So the guy gets it and the box is all mangled and a huge piece of the satellite arm is broken. So DH calls UPS and they REFUSED to cover it EVEN THOUGH WE PURCHASED THE INSURANCE because they said we didn't pack it right! Helllllloooooo - the box was totally mangled! Talk about angry.
