what do you eat during the day?

I just wanted to see what everyone's diet looks like. Here's mine
breakfast: 1 cup egg whites with 1 whole egg, 1 high fiber bagel with 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter, coffee
snack: 1 kashi crunchy snack bar
lunch: 4 oz turkey on double fiber whole wheat bread with 1 cup of spinach and 1 slice of low fat swiss cheese. 1 cup of baby carrots. 1 light and fit dannon yogurt
snack: 1 apple with 1 tablespoon peanut butter
dinner: chicken, lean beef or fish, sweet potatoe, and steamed veggies
snack: 1 apple with 1 tablespoon peanut butter

this is what i eat most days and the only meal i really switch up is dinner. what can i say, i'm a creature of habit:)

LOL! I'm with Cathy!! The question is, "what don't I eat during the day...or night for that matter!!!"

My gut reaction was "everything!"

I eat every three hours starting at 9AM. There's no designation for a certain meal (ie I eat a tuna sandwish sometimes for breakfast) but I try my best for variety and balance throughout the day.
