This was my workout:
11 a.m-Low Max
5:15 p.m- GS Chest and Tric
6:00 p.m-30 min interval run
6:30-7:30- GS Back,Shou,and Bic
I am shak'in! I am in LOVE with the new series!

I'd be on the floor in a coma if I did what you just did!

Tonight, after dinner I'm going to do Seasun's Rock Steady Step and follow it with Leaner Legs. I did GS Chest and Tri's yesterday so my upper body is pretty fried. I haven't tried the GS Legs workout yet. Sounds scary!

I did pyramid lower body this a.m. Then did Coremax for 21 mins. And threw in the tricep workout from slow & heavy. I stopped there because we were getting dumped on with that nasty white stuff :) And knew I had to head to the mall for a quick bday pick up for my son-- who is 17 today.

I came home and shoveled for 60mins. And yup had to shovel that nasty stuff again this afternoon. Its amazing how when you do a so call "normal task", and you can feel those muscles that you have been working on so hard to tone up. You know that good feeling. :) Im loving the coremax DVD big time.

Oh just so you know-- hubby is away on business thats why I shoveled

;-) I would have ran for 45 instead.
 
Today was leg day.

Squats: 100# X 4 X 3
Extensions: 70# X 4 X 3
Curls: 50# X 4, 60# X 3, 50# X 4
SLDLS: 95 X 6, 105 X 6, 115# X 4
Seated Calf Raise: 60# X 20 X 3
 
Upper body work for me today.

Slow & Heavy Shoulders, tris and biceps
Core work from Boot camp.

I was feeling tired so I cancelled the GS legs I also had planned!
