What did I do wrong?

Hi Everyone
I did Drill Max 3 days ago and am still having pain in my upper back and shoulders. Mostly trapezius. I felt that the section with swinging the ball was really difficult, could this have done it? I've never had pain in this area before. It's very tight and feels hard to move. I rewatched the video and what I remember was the stability ball feeling heavy and hard to maneuver. HELP

Is it just DOMS or does it feel like how you feel when you wake up with a stiff neck? My only thought is maybe you were scrunching when you were doing that move, instead of keeping your shoulders relaxed. I often have to remind myself to keep good posture when doing some of the moves in DM.
 
It must be scrunching. It felt hard to keep my shoulders relaxed because the ball felt too heavy. Maybe I really need to practice this move. Thanks:)
 
Out of curiousity, how tall are you and what size ball do you own? I am 5'4" and when I started using stability balls I ordered a 65cm which I found to be way to cumbersome and awkward. So, when I dropped down to a 55cm. ball, everything seemed much more doable. Perhaps your ball is too big for you....just a thought.
