What comes after Mega Step Blast?

I used Mega Step Blast as my introduction to Cathe's Step Tapes. I thought it was good to follow. What tapes build on top of Mega Step Blast? And are the steps in Interval Max really basic?

Hi Katerchen,

I don't have Mega Step Blast, but I do have IMAX. I have done the tape about a few times and I feel most the moves are pretty basic. I think a few things for me were hard to catch at first, but it shouldn't take long to learn any of the steps your unfamiliar with. It is a very intense tape, and I can't do it all the way through w/o rests. Especially the end where there are a lot of jumps. I hope this helps. If you click on the IMAX tape on the home page you can scroll down to the bottom right and look at Video Fitness reviews of the tape, they're usually very descriptive. And I think College Video gave this a moderate rating for choreography. Good luck!

My humble opinion....I went from Mega Step Blast to Step Max to Body Max, and did Imax in between. By then you should be able to do all the steps in CTX with no trouble, and I even did Powermax without viewing it first.

Stepworks is another story....I viewed it first because I knew the footwork is tricky. I will do the same with Stepfit.

Look Ma, I'm (sort of dancin'!!!!) I'm amazed that I'm doing this step aerobic stuff, and LOVING it!!!:D
