I just realized that Step Blast has a Hi/Lo cardio portion on the floor. I know that KPC and CK are good cardio workouts to take when going out-of-town because they don't require any equipment. Are there any others?
i usually take kick max, core max, cardio kicks and the 5 day body blast timesaver so i can pick and choose different ab sections and do the hi/lo portion.
I like KPC (and take ankle weights to do Legs & Glutes ankle weight premix), KM, and CoreMax. I usually do that when I go to my Mom's as she only has 5 & 8 lb dumbbells. (and she does have a stability ball for some of the ab work) HTH!
I don't take any. If I'm visiting family, I'm not going to take over their living room. If I'm going to a hotel, I only go to those that have a fitness room. Or...I take a break from exercise for that week.
I have taken KM, KPC, SM, CM & MM and a set of 10#DBs and the band. This year I was thinking of doing Cathe's Vacation workout and adding some band work to it instead of taking MM.
I am the same as Donna. I'll take running shoes and my ipod to run when I visit family. I w/out in fitness rooms in hotels. I am usually easier on myself when out of town. I don't beat myself up over not getting a w/out in.
