Hope this question isn't too dumb
o) but would MM be considered strength or endurance training?
I really prefer total body strength workouts -- they just seem more time-efficient to me -- and I already have Power Hour (endurance) Muscle Endurance (ditto) and Push Pull/Supersets (strength? endurance? not sure).
Would love some expert opinions here.
