What category is Muscle Max?

Hope this question isn't too dumb :)o) but would MM be considered strength or endurance training?

I really prefer total body strength workouts -- they just seem more time-efficient to me -- and I already have Power Hour (endurance) Muscle Endurance (ditto) and Push Pull/Supersets (strength? endurance? not sure).

Would love some expert opinions here. ;) Thanks!!
 
On a continuum, I think MM is just a bit closer to strength than endurance (just a bit off the center mark). I see PH as being very endurance oriented, then Muscle Endurance not quite so much, and MM even less so, probably in the same area a the pyramids.

Of course, the only REAL strength workout from Cathe is S&H.
