.... should I do to replace my 10K run that I can't do today because we have gale force winds and thunderstorms?
 
LOL Sherry - yeah, but at some point I'd have to turn around and come back and then it would be like running on a treadmill.:p

I was thinking MIC too. I'll have to switch my rotation up a bit though, because it's already scheduled for later this week.
 
But if you start out facing the wind, you have the benefit of that resistance without leaving home (because, like Alice and the Queen, you'd be running as fast as you can to stay in the same place...and even faster to go anywhere!)
 
Is it too late to suggest switching your 10K workout with another...do Mondays cardio today and do 10K tomorrow, or on a less windy day?
