I previewed Meso 1, disk 1 and I know I cannot do but a tiny fraction of the push ups. I will be doing the workouts at a gym, are there any machines I could use to substitute some of the push ups ??
I don't workout at a gym, so there may be others that would have gym-specific substitutions, but I do as many push ups as I can on my knees but then I must finish all the rest against the wall... I stand with my feet about 2-3 feet (as comfortable) facing the wall with my hands in the same position as they would be on the floor, and then do modified pushups against the wall... I still feel it in my arms, shoulders and chest, but until I gain some more upper body strength to be able to do more floor push ups, that's what I am doing for mine... My goal is to be able to do at least one set on my toes by the end of Meso 1
