I need to lose about 30 Lbs and currently i am doing cardio and weights(light) but i want to put more emphasis on whatever burns the most calories, so for all you experts..which burns more? Also, i have read the "results are in" post that rates the difficulty of all cathe's workouts but i haven't had any luck finding info on which worouts burn the most calories. If anyone knows any info about this, please enlighten me. Thanks!
