What Body Type am I?

I think I am Mesomorph but then again I might be a Endomorph,How do you know what bodytype you are. I build muscle easy and was always slim growing up. My weight had stayed about the same until I started lifting weights and did go up about 10 pounds,but meausrements are good. I do alot of running cause it helps slim my lowerhalf down,I know Im a pear and seems like the long distance running is better for me. I could be wrong, cause I have never really stopped exercising to find out. I did a test on a website and it had said im a meso. but I think maybe a combo of meso and endo.
 
Most people are not just one body type. You sound like me. I'm a combination of meso/endo. I was always slim growing up, but my lower half gains first. My waist is the last place I gain. I have a slim upper body, and can pack on the pounds in the lower half very easy.

I use bodyweight/low weights, high reps, for lower body. I lift heavier on top.
I work my lower body almost everyday. My body responds to more cardio. I do a equal mix of SS and hiit cardio.
My body responds to food micros 40/30/30 like a charm.
I limit starchy carbs to one serving of oatmeal and eat the starch within 2 hours of my workout. I try to get the bulk of my carb sources from whole fruits and veggies. The minute I go starchy carb crazy...my butt and thighs swell:mad:
 
Hi Fit 44 I notice

you sound like me also my body responds better with low fat and my upperbody since ive been lifting my shirts are getting tighter in the shoulder blades and arms are bigger,its just more noticable when I increase my fat intake. I was doing high intensity intervals and seem like this help slim my lowerhalf also but then so did the long walks+ long runs. so I should stick to fruit for carbs no whole grain bread,but i run alot and hate to cutt back on carbs
