what body type am I..ecto ,meso etc

I see this referred to often.
I am 5'4, apple all the way. Power walking, elliptical, and LB excercises with light to medium weights really defines my leg muscles as well as I can see definition pretty fast with moderate to heavy upper body work. What other info would I need to know to determine this, and is there a recommended website. Thanks
 
There is an on-line test you can take somewhere, but I don't recall the URL (if you search 'body type test' you might find it). It's on the website of the guy who does the 6-week makeover.

In general, an ecto doesn't develop muscle easily and tends to be more 'skin and bones' if they don't work out. Think Paris Hilton.

An endo holds more fat than an ecto or endo, and tends towards a larger body type. Think Rosie O'Donnell. Cedie is also more of an endomorph.

A mesomorph gains muscle easily. I think perhaps Jai is a mesomorph.

Most people are combinations of more than one body type. Sounds like you may be a meso or a meso-something!
