What are your weekly must-haves?

I would be interested in knowing if you have weekly routines that you strongly stick to? I noticed on another thread several people said Monday was their Circuit Max day. Who else has "days" like that? I am always curious to know how other people rotate their Cathes. :) Heather
 
I have lots of tapes my must-have is I must have at least 1 Cathe workout in a week.

I did a kickbox week for a week by the time I got to Friday I had to do Cathe. Can't do a week without her.

My whole life is one long weekly must-have! I'd bore a stalker to death:

Sun.: must have I-Max (and am drooling for I-Max 2), plus hard-core extended strength training

Mon.: must have a circuit workout (either C-Max or a Cathe mish-mosh of Rhythmic Step warm-up, BodyMax step circuit and Power Circuit circuit segment), plus AB Hits abs and shorter upper body strength

Wed.: must have the aqua class / workout (I teach and do it!)

Thurs.: that's a swing night for cardio, but also Ab Hits abs and shorter upper body

Sat.: must have aqua class / workout / post-class aqua drills
