What are your weekend/Holiday workouts?

Lawn work and a walk are part of the day. I know for sure.

I am doing Cathe's May rotation and today's workout for me is Pure Stength legs and abs..Tomorrow is Imax 2 and Monday is Pure Strength Back/biceps/abs...

I have SJP today, Sunday is a rest day and Monday it's PS Chest Shoulders Biceps plus 20 minutes of cardio
 
I am doing the After Burn program so I did a full body weight work out y'day and 20 minutes of intervals on the TM this morning. Tomorrow is my rest day so I plan to do a little stretching and some yoga. Monday I will stray a little from "the plan" and do 20-30 mins steady state run with my friend as well as my weight work from After Burn. Tuesday I resume my normal schedule with interval cardio. :)
 
Saturday - 4 mile run
Sunday - PUB in the morning and in the afternoon 400 meter run followed by 3 rounds of 50 jump squats, 30 kettlebell swings and 20 crunches followed by a 400 meter run.
Monday - PLB
 
I did a 40 minute itread with Miss Grace...plus chest/arms/abs this morning.

Tomorrow is either a step workout or P90X plus Interval and back/abs...

Monday is a Spinvervals workout followed by shoulders/calves.
 
Friday ~ Ended up being a triple workout... had cancelled a bike ride due to weather so I went to the for 30 min elliptical intervals and 800 yd swim in the morning. Did about half of Legs & Back (P90X) when my buddy called and said the weather was clearing up so we headed out at 3:30 for a brutal 2 hour very hilly bike ride!!! Weather was still cold and windy... :eek:

Saturday ~ Much needed rest day!

Sunday ~ Bike ride- probably 15 or so miles

Monday ~ BRICK- Bike ride/ short run early (still dealing w/ my broken toe so I'm running as little as possible) and later on Chest, Shoulders, & Tri's + ARX.

2 weeks til my triathlon!! Have a super weekend!
 
I was supposed to do PUB yest and PLB today and haven't figured out Sun/Mon cardio yet. But I had a craptastic mentally draining day at work yesterday, and when I got home, I popped in PUB, did about 3 chest flies and gave up. So as to not get off schedule I think I'm going to do the combo mix of PUB/PLB today and I think tomorrow Bento's KB extreme, and perhaps LowMax on Monday. We shall see how it goes.

This morning (Saturday), I did Imax 2 for the first time.
Sunday ~ Pyramid Lower Body
Monday ~ Cardio Fusion (don't know how much though ~ I may keel over 45 minutes into it)
 
My workout for saturday was LM, today was MM. Monday might be KPC. Then follow through with all of my kickbox workouts for the week.
Got alot done around the house plus did alot of walking too.
 
Ok, well, my workouts haven't been great the past couple days. I'm still in birthday-celebration mode. ;)

Friday: Hi-Lo from MIC and the six DM cardio Drills
Saturday: Muscle Endurance (I forgot how AWESOME that ab work is!!!)
Sunday (today): Well, um, I had a few too many glasses of wine last night. x( ;) And my belly and head have not been happy today. Ugh. I hate that! So not only did I not workout but I had a donut today too. My eating's been wretched lately.
Monday: Gotta make up for slacking the past couple days. I'm getting up early to do PUB-chest, shoulders and triceps only. Then 4DS chest, shoulders, triceps. Then Bootcamp (original) cardio only and a 60 minute iTread.
