I finish Insanity on Sat, and then have my last Fit Test on Sun. After that, I plan on going back to my M/W/F weights, and T/Th/S/Su cardio.
Since I haven't touched a weight in 2 months, I plan on starting back next week with lighter, full body weight workouts, either SS or PP. Perhaps two of one, and one of the other. For cardio, I think I will do step on Tues, I miss it, and a long run on Turkey Day itself. That Saturday I have a big family lunch, so maybe an IMAX or MIC.
The follow week I'm hoping my new Cathe's will be here, so I will get to play with those. Stocking up on Advil, and looking forward to STS total body and High Reps.
