What are your Sat and Sun workouts?

Today was supposed to be yoga but it hasn't happened yet so it could quite possibly be a total rest day. It's okay though because I either rest or do yoga once per week and this is the day!

Tomorrow I start the X+ Lean rotation with Total Body+ I'm very excited!:+
 
Saturday was Spinervals 20 Sprinting machine, boy my legs were wiped after that.
Sunday is my rest day.

I had a cold on Saturday, so stayed home and worked. Today I'm feeling better and intend to head to the gym with my new Earth, Wind & Fire Greatest Hits songs loaded onto my nano for about an hour of power walking on the TM. Then home for Muscle Max Lite (where I skip the exercises I can't do because of my lower back, such as one arm rows and those step-up thingies).
 
I rarely workout on Saturdays.. I usually work all day. But yesterday I did ab's and 4DS KB.. trying to start doing somehting on sats.
Sundays have been reserved for chest and back now for months. It's my BIG workout day.. I used to workout for 2 hours on sundays. Ill usually do somehting else, like biceps (like today), and sometimes abls and/or cardio, but today it was just weights as cardio was yesterday and tomorrow will be abs again :)
