What are your fitness plans today?

Well, Tuesday I ran and did Slow and Heavy Triceps and Biceps. Yesterday I took advantage of the extreme heat wave we're having here in Toronto and did yoga. Today I get to do Slow and Heavy Legs and Shoulders (in about 7 minutes! Cathe, you're currently frozen on pause on my DVD player and I gotta say, you have the funniest look on your face!) Tonight me and Janis are doing HiiT 40/20 for the first time! Janis is one of my best friends, beyond fitness, and I'm very lucky to have found her here on the forums.

Wow Everyone! I just loved reading about your workouts. Some of you had a day off which is a good thing too. Lots a great exercising going on out there. Keep up the great work. A few of you asked me some questions and I will be back this afternoon to answer them. Off to teach silver sneakers now:)

A swift hello from across the pond - your Cathelete UK.

So far this week I've done Cardio Fusion + Kick Max + Athletic Step.

And scheduled for the w/e Low Max + Body Max 2. A lot of cardio going on there - phew - and I'm not as young as I was :(

We're 5 hours ahead of you so I only get to see everything tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!! But just loving these forums (which I've only just discovered) and all the support, advice and inspiration. I'm a bit shy of posting on here but I've plucked up my courage to say: Arrrrrrrreeee Youuuuuuuuu Wuurkin'????

I did aerobics this morning and some yoga. Teaching pilates tonight :) also when nobody in my office is looking i do step ups on my foot stool or kettlebell swings! :p
 
body max 2!!

hi cathe and all!
i did body max 2 (power circuits and upper body) and it was so much fun! and what a GREAT workout. loved it, loved it, loved it. although i'm still on a 6" step...haven't quite made it to the 8" yet. :)
