My three favorites are K,P & C, Step Blast and Push Pull. I do agree, however, that without the premixes I would not use Push Pull. I have yet to try Supersets, so I can't comment on that. I never use the Timesaver DVD for some reason. I think it's because with all the premixes on the other three DVDs, I could make my own Timesaver-like workouts if I chose to. Lastly, I do like Legs/Glutes, but I wouldn't say it's my favorite (although the K,P,C/Legs&Glutes premixes are great, and I use them alot).
