I was also going to put in a plug for hi-lo medball here. I've been having trouble with the high impact stuff lately -- sore foot, mostly, but I think these joints just ain't getting any younger, you know? Tracey's HLMB seems like a good workout without too much impact -- and the choreography is pretty simple to follow or at least catch up with. I almost wonder if she means hi-lo as in high and low intensity -- seems like she says something like that at one point. Anyway, check it out -- it may fit the bill.
