What after S & H?

i just ordered S & H and am planning on doing a 3 wk rotation. My ultimate goal is increased muscle strength and fat loss...what would be the most logical next rotaion? I have MIS, PS series and PH. Thanks in advance!
 
I have a rotation written down that I copied from Cathe and she suggested going to the PS series - each tape done once a week - plus MIS once for a 3 week rotation.
