What a week . .

Honors night, Lutheran Schools State Track Meet (DS anchored winning 4x200 and state record setting 4x100 relay team and won the open 200), final band concert on Monday night at River Place, Graduation last night, sports physical this morning for the new school year, last day of school yesterday, field trip tomorrow to amusement park, Relay for Life Boat cruise tomorrow night, major surgery today for school friend of DS (metal rods up the sides of the spine), three high school graduation parties, AND an abscess on a tooth that already had a root canal in '03 so that meant mouth surgery yesterday morning - now face is lopsided and purple.

May and the beginning of June are NUTS!!! So on Saturday - my rear by the pool with drink in hand!

I wish everyone in Cathe Land a relaxing weekend and wonderful start to summer!!!! Hopefully the madness has passed.
 
We are right there with ya Baylian. It's winding down finally but boy have we had some hectic weeks between the two boys.
I am looking forward to the lazy days of summer than have no running around all the time!
 
This was just the last week of Jr. High!

I too am looking forward to the lazy days of summer.

He is golfing right now with a friend. I know he's safe, not in trouble, having fun and getting some air. Something I need desperately right now. tehehehehe
 
I just want everyone to know that I started this thread not out of sympathy for myself but to let others in the same boat have their voices heard and know that you are not alone!
