I just finished Plyo Legs W3. I totally kicked some serious booty

. I did all the plyo just like Cathe, all the same step heights (yup, even the squat thrusts jumps on a 12inch step), every single rep to tempo. I successfully completed all the damn rock climber's (oh dear hell). The one legged squats into a jump (BRUTAL) I did too, except for the very last rep when my leg cramped up. My highlight was the lateral jumps
over the step topper. I DID THEM ALL!! I was proud of me

. I owe it all to the hiit's, especially 40/20.

Would you consider moving to Detroit then? How is it there? You would only be 4hrs and 44min away from me according to Google Maps (driving). That's nothing! I could definitely take a drive over

Here I am thinking I'm a superstar with plyo and you're toughing it out with HC workouts. See, those would make me cry. It's funny how everyone has their strength/weaknesses.
