Hi Wendy,

I love your Christmas decorations! They're so cute:D . I love the snowman on your speaker--(I'm partial to snowmen), and I really like the way you did your banister. I'll bet Joey is fascinated by all the lights:+ .

I wish I had a nice nativity scene. I have one that belonged to my mom but it's not the one she had when we were kids and I'm not too attached to it. It's not very pretty. I've been looking at nativity sets on ebay but haven't seen one I want to bid on yet.

I need to finish my decorating. I usually try to do it by the 10th of December. I don't like to decorate too early because I get sick of it. Can you believe my best friend usually puts her tree up at he end of October!!! She's CRAZY--LOL!!

Yeah, the end of October is a bit on the crazy side, I'd say! I guess she REALLY loves Christmas, ey? LOL

I LOVE my nativity scene! I wanted a PM nativity scene for a few years before I finally got one. I always thought it would be TONS of $$$!!! It CAN be if you buy the fullsize figurine set but this nativity scene is smaller sized so it wasn't too expensive. :) They also put out this gorgeous Christmas tree figurine type thing that I fell IN LOVE with a couple of years ago. It's alot of $ though for me to spend one ONE piece so I asked for it for Christmas 2 years in a row and didn't get it. I think I will see if I can track it down and just bite the bullet and buy it for myself! It's not like we'd have to eat dog food for a week if I bought it anyway. ;) LOL

Okay, I'm done babbling now.
Thanks again for the compliments. My decorations go with my house...CUTE is exactly the word for it. :)
 
I love snowbabies. Have you ever seen them? They're the cutest things! I don't have very many--5 or 6 maybe. I got the first one as a gift from my SIL, then I bought the others myself, one at a time over a period of years. That's kind of how I am about that stuff. I saw an antique snowbaby a few weeks ago but I didn't get it. We've spent a lot of money this year--new heat pump, we painted the exterior of our house, and I can't remember what else. LOL--it was so stressful that I blocked it from my memory-LOL!!

I have heard of snowbabies but I don't recall what they look like. Now I will have to take a LQQKSIE and if I "fall in love" with them I'm gonna come back here and kick your butt for mentioning them! :p

Oh---I love it! I definitely think you should get it. That's the kind of thing your children will cherish and they'll bring it out every christmas for their children. Maybe you can find one on ebay!

ETA I just looked at the PM Sleigh. My gosh, I really love that too. Okay, I think we need to quit tempting ourselves with all these lovely Christmas things:eek: :p :D

I had no idea there were so many PM themes. That is darling! I love the Wizard of OZ too. My dad used to watch it with us and he'd let us sit on his lap whenever the wicked witch came on--LOL!

Boy, I know just what you mean. I remember when I was collecting the birds for my feather tree. They were expensive and I could only get one at a time. It took me friggin forever to get enough birds to decorate a tree. I'm really happy with it though:* , and I leave it out year round in my living room. People always comment on it when they come over (maybe they think Im crazy for leaving a christmas tree out all year:7 ).

BTW-it's sooo cute, I am listening to DS through the baby monitoring and he is just constantly saying "da da da da"...he learned it about a week ago and it's ALL he says now! AWWWWWWWWW! :+
 
BTW ladies, I just realized that the guys on the tv that I refer to as Mr and Mrs Claus are actually Santa and a snow-woman! There is NO Mrs Claus WTH!?!? I thought DH pulled out a miss-matched set(something a MAN would do!) so I went upstairs only to find that that is IT! There is NO Mrs. Claus! And if that is actually supposed to be Mrs Claus then it's pretty sad! LOL

Oh your decorations are so nice Wendy! I love the banister and think I may steal your idea:) O h and Lee would look good in a santa suit and I would be happy to sit on his lap:) Joey is so cute in his little outfit! What a cutie he is!
