The Fat anilizer we have only measures body fat from the top half of our body !!!! This I read in my new book !!!Ummmmm

Well if that includes my stomach then that's okay because that's where most of my fat is!!! LOL 
Seriously though, that's wierd...oh well...I'm gonna keep using it though because atleast it's measuring fat SOMEWHERE, right?

Oh well...I'd actually love to do that water measurement thing...it's supposed to be THE most accurate way to measure body fat! I wonder how much something like that costs and where you would go to get it done?? Doing that like 2 or 3x per year would be awesome, don't ya think?

I don't mean to butt in on your conversation, but I just wanted to let you know that hydrostatic weighing is not the only accurate method out there. You should check out local health clubs and rec centers in your area to see if any of them have a Bod Pod. It uses the same concept as hydrostatic weighing, but with air instead of water - so you don't have to go through the uncomfortable task of blowing all the air out of your lungs and then trying not to breathe underwater. It is supposed to be just as accurate as underwater weighing. We have a local rec center that has a Bod Pod and they charge about $30 for non-members to get measured. Not too bad, really, if you only want to do it a couple times a year.

A Bod Pod? Sounds intersting. Thanks Emily! I just may have to give a couple of places a call! Price isn't bad either! I would consider doing it more often for that kind of $.
