Well, I did it

acatalina

Cathlete
I was heavyting up the other day and decided i needed 30#ers.
35 was too heavy and 25's too light,
So, Instead of buying 1 new set , and watching the iron keep chipping away on my old ones, i ordered a whole set of Rubber Coated Hex Bells.
5 to 40 lbs. That otta keep me buisy for a while. When i need 50's i know i will be like fitnessfreak, and Lauramax, and Sara(Ima) and Carole, strong and buff....Oh, and Pinky.
I am trying to remember names.
Shelly, I don't know how strong you are ,I just guarantee you talk alot.
HAHAHAH.

Cool!!! I hope they work for you. I just "upgraded" to 20's 2 wks ago and was feeling rather smug about it. I can't wait until I need 25's or 30!

Thanks, but there is still fat there. Just did 40 min abs. OOOuch.
This is the link if anyone is interested. It was the cheapest i could find and i can't find them locally. Shipping for the whole set was 80, and i have a rack, so...
I found them on e-bay , but the set was in 5lb increments. Still need the in between sizes.Everyone else was double the price + ship.
I think it was $358 or something .I only got one 40 the rest doubles.
I doubt if i am going to be doing bicep curls with 2-40's hahah.
I figured 1 arm rows
You will get up there. It takes time and alot of DOMS.
I am still trying to move up . Somedays it is really hard.
