he started with let's go crazy and then followed that with 1999 so it got off to a great start. there were two fabulous female dancers (twins, doh!) who strutted their stuff. the stage was in the form of his symbol and he moved all around it so everyone got a great view. he really communicated with the crowd - said that the venue was his house no matter who'd played there before him and who came after. the atmosphere in the crowd was fantastic. we went to a bar after and they played some prince songs and everyone was just singing along. it was great to see so many people having such a good time.
he played loads of really great stuff and then did a medley at the end on his own of all the other hits he'd missed. phew ...

<--- is planning to go to a sport superstore tomorrow for some new trainers and may get a barbell :7 really excited about that!
