WeightWatchers questions

I'm really confused....everyone on this board always talks about getting the right amount of calories, in the range of 1800-2000 (which I have NEVER eaten except on "bad" days and then its stuff like pizza). On the weight watchers plan though, even if I ate 4 activity points a day that's still only 1350 calories. Is WW a good plan or just a bad diet like everything else? Should I stick to just counting calories and trying to get around the 1800/day? I work out about 7 hrs a week (a combination of weights and cardio, eihter Cathe or run/walk). I weigh 143 lbs, have 18% bodyfat and would like to get to around 130 lbs, 15% bodyfat. Nothing I've been trying seems to work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!

You may not want to hear this, but if you're at 18% body fat already, you may be at a good weight now. May I ask how tall you are?

I'm 5'5.....I have the lovely baby pooch I'd like to get rid, my arms could get toned a bit more, and my legs are alright except for the back of my thighs/lower butt, which probably every woman complains about. I know other people can get down to 15% BF so why can't I?
