weights that do not put wt. on the scale

Which weight workout do you guys do that almost never puts weight on the scale? I have to start up my weight workout again after an injury and I think full-body workouts tend to not put that weight on me. What weight workouts do you guys know you can go to and you don't put on weight? P.S. I know that at first your muscles can hold onto water and that could be the additional weight, but there are some workouts, where that doesn't happen as often. Thanks
 
Barre workouts are resistance without the added weight. Although technically they are not a weighted workout, so I don't know if that would work for you.
 
Thanks, I'll consider that as well. I know many total body workouts seem to work well for me.
 
I don't know if you purchased any of Cathe's new dvds...but another great full body strength workout is high reps! I too, am just coming back to being able to workout again and I have been loving this workout!
