Which weight workout do you guys do that almost never puts weight on the scale? I have to start up my weight workout again after an injury and I think full-body workouts tend to not put that weight on me. What weight workouts do you guys know you can go to and you don't put on weight? P.S. I know that at first your muscles can hold onto water and that could be the additional weight, but there are some workouts, where that doesn't happen as often. Thanks
