Weights spread over 5 days?

I'm interested in switching to a 1-2 body part per day breakdown for weights. Has anyone got a weight rotation using Cathe weights that can be finished in 5 days? I travel a lot on the weekends so I'd like to get my weights done M-F.

Thanks!

I don't have a specific rotation per se, but the Cross Train Express (CTX) system is a natural for you - its weight workouts focus on one upper body muscle group per session, and then you can throw in Leaner Legs for the lower body whenever you like.

Also the Timesaver DVD from the Body Blast Series might be good for you too, and a good thing to alternate w/ CTX.

I must have read your mind...a friend just loaned me Timesaver and CTX to try so I tried Timesaver weight portion today for day 1 this morning right after I posted. I think maybe it's because I'm used to doing a FB weight workout, but it seemed so easy. Is it effective as is for building muscle/strength or is it good to do a little more or do them both (say the chest/triceps from both Timesaver and CTX in one day)?

I think I really like this concept. It was easy to focus on good form and put my all into it since I only had such a small piece to do.

Venus- I love to workout this way. My favorite is doing the S&H series in a 6-day rotation, one body part per day.
