A lot more than I can!! Sometimes you can read it on the dumbbells, other times you can guesstimate based on the size of the dumbbell. With the weights, you should be able to calculate it by counting the number of plates. I think she uses Troy. I think is 10 pounds, and on one thing it looked like she had 3 plates on each side. So that's 60 pounds plus the weight of the bar. yikes!! Again, I'm not sure, but with a little digging you should be able to figure it out.
