Weights before Cardio/Cardio before Weights -

Whatever you do first shouldn't tire you out to do the other. If you do cardio first, be sure you can lift with proper form. If you lift first, be sure you aren't to fatigued to go all out with the cardio.

Personally, I weight train first. But obviously, it's an individual matter.

No, as Diane said, it's all up to what you want to do first AND how well you can do what follows.

I like to do weights before cardio, but I've done cardio before weights before. Both work for me. The best fat buster so far for me is doing cardio AND weights together.
