Last week I started using my 2-lb weighted gloves with my step workouts. I've always used them for my kickboxing---but now with STEP workouts. It makes it tougher & I've already noticed some tightening in my shoulders and arms.
Anyone else do this? I've never seen it done in videos---as weights are usually not recommended with jumps and such.
