Good Morning Ladies,:)

DS was good to his mommy and daddy last night:) He only woke once and that was before I even went to bed. I had a good nights sleep! It was only 7 hours long, (i could have used more) but it was uninterupted! (sp?)

Hopped on the scale again today! No turkey day paid off! 123! Woo Hoo! I think the lowest I want to go is 120 BUT there is a part of me that would like to get to where I was before I had DD. That was 118 and the smallest I ever remember being but with that being said, I was 16 and probably not finished growing! I don't think I use to weigh myself in my teenage yrs.
I really don't know how this weight is comming off though. My metobolism must be faster or something.Im not depreiving myself of anything and not counting anything. My workouts have been pretty intense so its obviously evening out.

Im going to baby group today and hoping to get a workout in before hand.Its wet outside again so no running today, its suppose to be like this all week! Im not sure what workout I will be doing and I don't know how much DS will let me do. DH is going to work early so he can't watch him.

Good Morning my Fellow WW internet chicks;-)

I've got a busy morning this am,but to plan on working out after this pm! Im almost 95%better so I can't use that as an excuse anymore not to workout today}( I have to admit the last 7 days were nice,relaxing(besides the being sick part)so a recovery week was just what I needed! The good thing is that my eating was undercontrol all weekend(except my cheat day on friday,and im consious on that day as well) I took a recovery week back in janurary or feb of this year and felt like a new women once I came back!

The Gym at school opened up so that means I can run after class,YAAAAHOOO! thats some extra cardio i need!

Lori-Wow lori,you continue to amaze me! Congrats on the lost!Im jelous;-),Is there anything your doing differently ? Im thinking on going on slimfast or something,my weight is driving me nuts,yea sure the inches are coming off but i want the scale to dropx( I need to shake things up a bit!(lol,I feel like a broken record when i complain about my weightx()

Amelia, I don't know what I am doing differently. I know I don't usually eat after supper anymore and prehaps I don't eat as many sweets? Other then that...nothing different.
Give that TM at school a good go'in over! The scale might budge then. Have you ever tried staggering your points? That works for some people. I dont know much about it but I do remember reading it online.

The reason I weighed again today was b/c I have a parcel I need to get ready for ebay. Its 6 babies outfits and I put the shipping in as $13. I think its going to be more then that, so I weighed myself and then weighed the parcel to see how much it weighed. I don't know about this whole ebay business. Im really hoping someone is going to bid more cause if not, Im only going to make like $5! 6 oufits....$5? I put the starting bid at 9.99 and its at 10.49 right now by the time I pay the difference in shipping, I should have just kept them myself and used them for baby showers!
No workout yet. I decided to get ready for baby group instead. I can tell that DS wasn't going to let me workout in peace.

I've just come back home from dropping Isaac off at the bus stop. I am planning on a quiet day at home (very tired because I stayed up too late again)

and now Ewan has put on a silly hat and a backpack and is saying "ready". He may think he has school today, but he only goes MWF. Probably confused him since yesterday was a holiday.

I was thinking about going shopping (and exchanging some pants I got in petite that I should have got regular) but I really don't want the hassle today. It makes more sense to wait until Ewan is at school tomorrow and I can do it alone. Plus I can spend some of the time at home rearranging my window seats (where I keep most of my workout stuff) to make room for the Bosu I want to buy.

Does anyone on here have a Bosu and if so, how do you like it?

Lori, wow, wish I could say I weighed 123! But I can't complain that I don't since I haven't done much lately to get there. My time of the month will start in a couple days and I have the usual increase in appetite and constant desire for sweets (I struggle against it but do give in from time to time). It really sabotages my weight loss progress, but it's my own fault--I hate to blame outside factors when I know very well I can lose weight if I do the right things. Anyway, sounds like you are doing all the right things--just don't get too skinny! :p

I've had sometimes when I actually lost money on eBay because of shipping costs and that sort of thing. I tend to put my shipping costs a bit low or actually I put them right at what the postage costs, but that doesn't cover the cost of the packaging; I always figure that at least it makes my listing more attractive since most people charge more. Many big sellers even seem to way over-charge on shipping--I think so that eBay gets less of their money since eBay gets their percentage from the cost of the item rather than the cost of shipping. What's annoying is I don't have a full five stars (almost) on my seller rating for shipping and handling even though I have these low shipping charges. OK, won't rant too long.
Amelia, glad you're feeling mostly better! It's nice to get back to working out after a break, isn't it?

Speaking of which, I hope to do something like LIC today, but probably when Ewan naps later since it's difficult to do much with him underfoot (literally).

Lori-I did the ebay thing for about two weeks and didn't really make any $$$,it nice to sell things like cathe workouts and things like that (Things you know will see!)It just got to be too much of a hassle with listing them,then making sure the buyer's payment goes through,then making sure the buyer gets their purchase...to much trouble for too little money for me! I've tried just about everything as far as pts goes,stagger them, more in the morning and less in the evening! My DH says as long as Iam loosing inches,I shouldn't change anything! It just drives me insane to NOT see the scale move! Thats one thing I can't do is eat after dinner,I have to have that evening snack,maybe I should try a little harder!

Lainie-I hate TTOTM,mine was about two weeks ago,I was such a B*tch for about three days :+ ,LOL! Sometimes I get moody,sometimes I'am not...its weird! Sometimes my DH can't even tell iam on it!

Hey to everybody else!

I didn't workout today because my busy morning became a busy day and now its too late to workoutx( x( ! Its ok,I've got a great workout scheduled for tommorrow,Cardio(jog at school's TM) and then some UB on PH+BM2!
