Oh thank heavens its friday,this has been a very long week that needs to hurry up and be over so I can go to SIX FLAGS tommorrow;-)
Yep,My DH's company is having their annual company picnic at six flags so....im going to be aching sat. night;-)
Today's workout is PH and a AM walk!
Lainie-My DS likes to sometimes strip while Im working out...*rolls eyes*....and sometimes he's done a stinky...*sighs*...! Don't worry about your eating yesterday-you'll be alright! I don't think I've stuck to my points this whole week! and my WI this morning shows itx(
Hey to the rest of the gang,I hope everybodies day is going well
Well girls,I've decided to start as much clean eating as possible starting on sunday! Im going grocery shopping today and will load up on lean proteins,complex carbs,and veggies and fruits! Wish me luck:+
One month I ate about 70% clean and lost around 4 inches I can do it agian;-)
