Hi everyone,
Just got back from church. My feet are killing me because I wore high heeled boots and we walk to church (it's only about a 1/2 mile and slightly farther the way we walk back). Then after church Isaac goes to church school while the rest of us are in a big hall having refreshments. Unfortunately we stand the whole time we're in the hall (almost an hour). So my feet hurt and my ankle is bothering me. I'm so dumb sometimes.
I don't know if I mentioned that I had to go to a new gynecologist on Friday. Well, funny thing, I walked into church this morning and saw her sitting a few rows ahead of me. Weird feeling. Then I saw her during the refreshment time and we just did a sort of "hi, how are you" thing in passing. I think I might post about it in the OD forum as a funny embarrassing moment--especially since some of us were talking recently about choosing women doctors and that sort of thing.
Yesterday I did the cardio from the new Lower Intensity Step again. I really like that one. Then I did the weights from Boot Camp (Biceps & Triceps). I can really feel it today in my triceps and my forearms. Yowza. Today is a yoga or stretching workout day.
Belinda, saw your post on another forum--sorry you have to wait so long for the new workouts!
Lori, ack, don't remind me of Christmas shopping! I start stressing about it early but don't necessarily actually start buying early. I always think I'll get it all done early but it rarely happens. No, that's not true; I generally get it almost all done before December except for one or two difficult people. So far all I have is something for my sister, but she's the easiest.
Amelia, Sorry your DS is still so sick! Poor thing! Yeah, they sing "Saturday Night Fever" at my Johnny Rockets as well. I love that song myself--did it for karaoke one time.
Hello to Cheryl & Cathy!
Check my blog in a couple days and I'll have the Cathe weight worksheets updated with the new workouts.
