Good Morning:)

How is everyone? Is today the start of a new week for you or the end of an old? Ive always wondered that. Why is it that most people start their diets on a Monday? LOL

Im not sure whats going on here today. Oh man...last night we were just getting ready to have dinner and my MIL calls and wants to know what time DS is going to bed. After a few mins DH calls her back (which is totally my fault) and tells her to hold off for a few mins b/c we are just sitting to eat. She says, no prob b/c she was just cleaning up her dinner dishes. The next thing we know its 7:15 and we are wondering where his parents are and he calls them...Oh...she isn't coming now! She was totally..100% offended by the phone call! DH must have been on the phone with his mother for about 45 mins just explaining to her how crazy the house was at supper time and we just wanted them to wait 20 mins. She was crying the whole time he was talking to her,saying that she needed an apt to see her grandson. Finally, DH gets on the phone with his dad b/c he figures his father must be wondering what in the world he said to his mother but his father totally understood and even said that if we didn't want them to come in at all, then thats still no reason to get upset. I also told DH that when she called and asked what time he was going to bed, I said "I dunno" and I didn't use to friendliest tone possible. I don't know if she heard me though b/c I was in the background. But at the time I was trying to give DS his cereal while he was crying and I was a bit annoyed as it was. I know she as a lot on her mind right now b/c she is having reconstructive surgery in a couple of days and they heard some more bad news about her bro last week. Anyway....the eventually showed up and all is well now...but geez...what a go'ins on!! My dad and bro stay with me all week long for work purposes and we just wanted a nice evening alone...not that it mattered b/c one of DH's friends showed up half way through supper.

I was thinking about running outside again today. It appears to be a nice day out there but I think we are suppose to get some rain.

Good Morning Ladies,

Im soooo glad today is a rest day for me,Im pooped! TTOTM is giving this gal a hard time:+. I might do some yoga today,Im not sure! I know I don't feel like going swimming x( ,but my kids are so excited I can't say no now!

Lori~~Sounds like you had a dramatic evening last night,Your MIL sounds like my MIL! My DM is the same way,but shes going through menapause! Enjoy your run!

I forgot to list my meals for saturday:

coffee
1 1/2 waffles w/surgarfree syrup
1 egg

fiber one bar

turkey/cheese sand. on whole wheat bread with lots of veggies
small salad with one tablespoon of dressing

two pcs of WW candie

24 bite size tortilla chips
1/3 c shredded cheese
1/4 lb extra lean ground beef
veggies on top:9 and salsa

2 pcs WW candie

I went over two points yesterday,OH well}( !

I have been to early morning service, just made and finished breakfast and now I will take a nap b/f I hit the stores again to get preparations for my party on the 4th.

I forgot to list my meals also Amelia!

Saturday:
B- 1 cup Go Lean Crunch w/1/2 cup skim milk
L- WW Enchilda meal. Did not add any veggies. :-(
S- Those dag blasted samples at Costco (curses to Costco samples!! )}( ( }( I ate 1/2 mini eggroll and tiny sample cup of penne w/meatballs. counted this as 6 points.
D- Subway Veggie Delite Sub w/ Sun Chips and 1/ grape Fanta (can up believe that the whole pop, 20 oz, is 6 POINTS!!:eek: I am so glad that I checked and only drank 1/2 of it. I love it. I am temepted to pour the rest down the drain. I got the taste and it is not worth the points! I also realize this is my third day in a row eating a veggie sub from subway. I know I will burn out on them soon.

Lori- you did have quite an evening sounds like your MIL just needed a release of emotions and it just came at that time. She has a lot going on as you stated.

Amelia- It is a rest day for me to. I was thinking of getting in 2 mile walk though. Enjoy your yoga and swim!

Belinda- You were partying hard last night? Get some rest today!

Hi ladies,

just a quick check in! I went on the scale this afternoon and I was down 4.2 pounds! All that douple workout is paying off! I been only doing the June rotation since June 14 ! I still have today and tomorrow left with my rotation!

Tonight we are going to the street festival!

Kim no rest day for me!!!

I have to get lunch and than to my 2nd. workout!

Hi, everyone! Missed you all yesterday - I was at a church Youth Conference with my daughter all day and got NO workout x( but it was a good day for my daughter.

Today I tried to make up for it with Muscle Max plus 15 min of cardio add-on. Woo hoo!

Lori, sorry to hear about all the drama with MIL. Hate that kind of stuff! Hope you get in a nice run.

Belinda, omigosh, congratulations on the 4.2 lbs!!!!!! What great news.

Kim, eating looks great - sorry TTOM is giving you such fits. No fun.

Nancy, Mary, Amelia, I hope you are doing well.

I'm cooking lemon chicken with pasta today. Really easy.

Kim,Did you get your walk inn? I didn't do anything today. I love eggrolls(well,any chinese food)its my favorite cheat meal(along with pizza)!ok,I need to stop talking about food,LOL! But just wanted to share my cheat dessert yesterday,a blizzard(called X-treme chocolate) from dairy queen,OMG It was heaven:7,chocolate icecream with brownie pcs and that hardshell chocolate stuff on dipped cones:9! I got a small one}(!

Today was a pretty good day!

Breakfast-Coffee,2 tbs Reduced fat peanut butter,10 Fat free crackers(I like to make PB sandwiches with the crackers:9 )

Lunch-Turkey and Tomatoe Sandwich w/mustard,about a quarter of an cantalope:9

snack Large salad with 2tbs light dressing,serving of salad toppers,pinch of shredded cheese

Dinner Shrimp Marinara,1 pc of Weight Watcher candy,small salad w/1 tbs dressing with broc,califlour,carrots and two saltines crushed on top,yummy!

got three more points and I'll reach my pts for the day!
I didn't get the yoga inn,was too pooped:-(

Cheryl we missed you yesterday! Glad you DD had fun! Great job with Muscle Max plus 15 min of cardio add-on. Woo hoo! Thanks for the compliment! I am very happy with my weight loss ! Your dinner sounds really yummy!

Amelia when I am done with my June rotation, I will start July! Haven't missed a Cathe's rotation since Nov. 06! Now my goal is to loose 12 pounds until the RT! Of course I go for more! I know it is alot!! My DH said I can do it!
